Refund & Return Policy

Valid conditions and reasons to return an item during the time of delivery or within 3 days if:

1. Delivery of wrong product
2. Delivery of defective/ damaged/ rotten product
3. Finds product unusable
4. Incorrect content on the website about the product quality and quantity
5. Refund / Replace is not applicable for perishable product.

N.B: Return/replacement policy will not be entertained if the seal is broken or if the quantity/volume is not the same as it was delivered. The shipping cost will be beard by the client. Refund will be made within 7 days.

Cancellation
You must notify us immediately if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by phone or email with every detail of the order possible within one hour of the order placement.
